MUSIC PROGRAM
METHODISM is rich in its musical heritage. Many regard the hymn-writing of Charles Wesley as being as significant to the Wesleyan movement as was the preaching and writing of John Wesley. The United Methodist Hymnal continues to inspire and enrich worship with both great hymns from the Christian tradition and more contemporary selections. Whether your musical inclinations lean toward "How Great Thou Art" (Stuart Hine), "O For A Thousand Tongues to Sing" (Charles Wesley), "A Mighty Fortress Is Our God" (Martin Luther), or "Because He Lives" (Bill & Gloria Gaither), you'll find something to turn your heart toward praise.
